FAQs
How does a legal focus group occur?
In this platform, civil lawsuits or claims will usually be presented by a neutral person. A moderator will read the same types of jury instructions that a judge would read in a trial. Then the jurors deliberate. And ultimately provide a single set of answers on a jury verdict form. After that, additional questions may be asked by the moderator. The session then concludes.
